There were plenty of shrimp in the Shrimp and Grits. There was a large piece of salmon with the Salmon and Grits. There was a LOT of fish with the Fish and Grits. I would order them all again if the price was right. Of those 3, I'd definitely order the Fish and Grits the next time I have a craving for a dish with grits.

I got the Big Easy Biscuit Bowl as a $12 Meal Deal. I never had a biscuits and gravy kind of meal before. It was also awesome. It came with lots of bacon and 3 sausage patties. "This is simply not worth the price. The Bandeja Parcera / Parcera Tray comes with a slab of beef which is well seasoned and a MATTRESS of rice. Everything else is either subpar or completely unacceptable. Starting with the god awful pork rinds. They were like chewing rubber that was encased in cement. No flavor due to the old staleness of them. Everything else was simple to the platter except for the bowl of beans. Hands down my favorite thing on there was the Beans, flavorful, plentiful, and overall a very pleasant experience to get past the others."
