"I placed a pickup order and waited about ten minutes in my car before receiving my food. When I started eating in the parking lot, I was extremely disappointed the tenders were very small, cold, and hard, and the fries tasted like they had been sitting under the heat lamp for an hour. My lemon pepper wings were so overcooked that biting into them sounded like crunching on a kettle chip. I went back inside to have the order remade, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve much. While the tenders were fresh the second time, the fries were still old and dry, and the wings remained hard. This was a very disappointing experience overall."
