Side Potatoes were very tender; also quite salty but I suspect if the Lemon Zucchini Pasta hadn't been so salty they would have seemed balanced. Spinach Lasagna was the most interesting and successful dish because unlike traditional Spinach Lasagna where there is no red sauce and a spinach filling, this had spinach pasta noodles that had to have been house made. In this case portion size was rich enough to feel appropriate."
