I got what appeared to be a roast beef, turkey, burnt bacon sub slathered in mayo, with onion on a soggy roll. The receipt taped to the stapled bag said turkey and provolone. The sub was beyond gross. Super surprised because I have been a customer for at least 10 years, and have rarely received anything but a good sandwich.
I know every restaurant has a bad night or an employee that really doesn't want to be there. But whoever put this abomination together clearly was not interested in getting anything right. The French fries were crispy and tasty, and there was also some sort of macaroni noodle soup that I didn't order or eat.
The "Hollywood Salad" consisted of LOTS of iceburg lettuce with five rolls of lunch meat, a hard-boiled egg, two cherry tomatoes, a few slices of cucumbers and a handful of shredded carrots. There was also red onion, which I discarded immediately. $17 was definitely way too much to pay.
I've had spectacular breakfasts here, so this adventure was very disappointing."
