But my absolute favorites are the Crab Avocado Melt and the Roasted Red Pepper and Lobster Bisque. The crab avocado melt has bacon, tomato, melted cheese, and just enough celery and onion to give the sweet tender crab salad a satisfying crunch. The red pepper and lobster bisque is amazing too; sweet lobster flavor without being at all fishy, a very mild kick from the red pepper, and while I wouldn't call it chunky, there are always some good sized lobster bites in every bowl.
