"Everything was delicious! My husband puts up with English muffins for benedicts and he loved these English muffins - said he almost wished there was more. The hollandaise was incredible and the eggs were cooked perfectly. He loved the hashbrowns too.
I liked the Croque Madame quite a bit. The ham was savory and delicious, the bread was incredible, and the whole thing was well- balanced. When you bit into the yolk of the egg, that took it to a new level of deliciousness. It was really filling- so much so that I didn't get to the salad that came with it.
The Lemon Meringue Tart had nice strong lemon flavor on a delightful shortbread cookie-like crust. The merengue was perfect.
