"First time using DoorDash to order from Beef n Bun. I was excited because I enjoy their food. However, my door dash expierence was no good. Food loses its flavor when something goes wrong. Fries were less than warm and no condiments. I was expecting condiments since there was no option to ask for some. I don't have condiments but I did use the toaster oven to warm everything. The grilled cheese and burger tasted delicious. Soda was properly carbonated and not watered down. I just couldn't save the fries. I need the ketchup but easy solve. I'll pick up some ketchup next time I'm out shopping for food. There is a good chance I'll order again because again, the food rocks! Maybe allow customers to choose condiments. Thanks. Maybe create a sweet tea. Oh yeah... drools! Oh... the ordering drinks for the kids meal was confusing. My child thought he was going to get a shake and drink since they had to make the selection for both. They got excited and then, BAM! Denied. I explained it's probably a mistake because that sounds too good to be true but kids. The power of wishful thinking can be painful. "
