The Beef Fried Noodles were a huge mass of mostly bland, rather dry, gummy and greasy noodles, with not a lot of veggies or meat included. Very much not worth the $20 it cost. It was not unlike grocery store Chinese food. Only (slightly) better having been cooked fresh. The dumplings were constructed well. They had a decent flavor, albeit very plain. Mostly sweet and a little salty. But, not much character to them. Other than being made by hand, not really worth $11 for 7 of them. I've actually had more flavorful frozen ones. They may not have been freshly made, but I've had better. Nothing stood out. A little seasoning or veggies with the pork would have helped. And be warned, you have to eat them carefully. They are packed with juice. I didn't know, and the first one burst all over my clothes. Got one packet of soy sauce, no hot mustard, no fortune cookie. No happiness. First time and last time ordering from Steam and Soul."

"This is the second time I've tried them and the protein shakes tasted like a combination of pepto bismol and slim fast. If they used a different protein powder, it would be good. I tried their oatmeal this time and that was good-a little on the thin side for oatmeal, but still tasted like banana bread. I won't be getting protein shakes here anymore, but will try some of their other menu items to see if there's something that brings me back. I love supporting local, so please change your protein powder."

"Not happy. Foralmost $17, the bel was extreo small. The what was su to be a pitta wrapped type thing, was a cheap bread smashed and the avocado was dark brown and the hard boiled egg was gross. Not sure who made this, but you did a horrible job. Wont be order fromhere again. $39 and a waist of money. I'll go back to Vitality bowl. "
