"I 've ordered from them twice and both times they messed up the protein boxes. Perhaps they were out of the one I ordered but rather than substitute, it would have been nice to have been given the choice of canceling that item or substituting. It's not like they don't have my phone number and email. Otherwise the coffe is good, the sandwiches and pastries are delicious."

"The Pattie is actually incredible. I was hesitant to order because I wasn’t sure how big it would be, but this is the best biscuit breakfast sandwich that I have ever had. Egg and cheese are melted perfectly together. I have so much to say about the meat of it all! The sausage has so much flavor. The savory taste sits on your tongue after every bite. I wish I got two. As for the donut, it’s also very good! They surprised me with a cookie and cream. It’s sweet and the frosting is very light! When I first took a bite, I was a bit surprised by how hard it was. I thought maybe it was stale, but after a few bites I just realized it was fried hard. The dough is very light and fluffy in the middle and delicious. Overall, 11/10 experience. Please try this place!"

"Best place around for Build Your Own Omelette's!!!! Offers so many choices with no additional cost. Will DEFINITELY continue ordering my faves from here. Delicious "
"This restaurant is just the west chester diner masquerading as a boutique pancake restaurant. The food looked nothing like the photos and was disgusting. Strawberry pancakes were actually three rubbery buttermilk pancakes with some strawberries and strawberry sauce slopped on top. The sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich was a greasy omelet folded between the two sides of a stale English muffin. No redeeming qualities on any items that we ordered. We all ate just enough to not be hungry but threw most of it away. Also it was sooooo expensive! $8.99 for a side of four strips of bacon? TINY and greasy strips of barely cooked bacon. And it took 80 minutes! Don't eat here!!!"

"The bacon was done perfectly, the cream cheese schmeer is wonderful. Bagel was toasted properly and the entire bagel sandwich together has me wanting to order this again ASAP."
"I order from here all the time and this is the first time that I am actually really disappointed in my sandwich. The bacon is raw. My egg is green and I don't know what happened. It's actually really disappointing cause normally like I said I'm obsessed with their sandwiches and I would almost order from them every single day and this is the first time where I'm actually really disappointed in them."

"Really not good. I had the build your own omelette with hash browns. The hash browns tasted like they'd been stuck in the back of a freezer since before covid. They were hard as a rock and for some reason also added to my omelette??? The cheese was disgustingly laid on top of said omelette and the whole thing was just plain old disappointing. I was really hoping a big name like ihop with its higher prices would deliver more than the local diners. I will definitely never make that mistake again. I hope other's experiences are much better. "I ordered a sandwich and the side of fruit...the sandwich was very good, but I paid over $4 for the fruit cup and received barely a third of the cup filled with fruit. It contained 2 slices (not even 1 whole strawberry) of strawberry, 2 grapes, 6 small pieces of honeydew and 1/4 cup of tiny blueberries. I expect better for $4 of fruit salad."

"I'm so disappointed. I eat at this place in Person all the time. The cheeseboard felt like something you'd throw together for a Super Bowl party. A bunch of slices of deli meat and pork rinds I think? This has never been presented like this when I've gone in person. $20 for almost no cheese, more pickles than any human being could eat, pork, rinds, and salami. The deviled eggs did not travel well and got all smashed up and they're too spicy to eat anyway. Again, not an issue. I've had with them when we've eaten there in person. Frankly, I'm rethinking eating there in person again, if this is how they serve their food now. What a bummer, especially for the cost."

"The food is amazing. It's always tasty, fresh, and wonderful. I would completely give five stars every time if it wasn't for one tiny thing. Every single time I order, they're out of something. Sometimes they're out of everything. This store does not offer substitutions, so you don't even realize that you're not getting what you ordered until it doesn't show up. For example, my order today was for a Chocolate Cream Donut, 2 Chocolate Croissant,2 Caramel Apple Pie, and Fudge Brownie. I received two caramel apple pies and the fudge brownie, but no donut and no croissants and no explanation as to why. I understand that they don't owe me an explanation. It would be nice if there was a way that they could let the customer know that half their order was going to be missing. Again, I only bring this up because it has happened on every single order I have ever made.
Their food is SO good, that I continue to order and will continue to order even though it's a lottery as to what I'll receive."
