"This restaurant is just the west chester diner masquerading as a boutique pancake restaurant. The food looked nothing like the photos and was disgusting. Strawberry pancakes were actually three rubbery buttermilk pancakes with some strawberries and strawberry sauce slopped on top. The sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich was a greasy omelet folded between the two sides of a stale English muffin. No redeeming qualities on any items that we ordered. We all ate just enough to not be hungry but threw most of it away. Also it was sooooo expensive! $8.99 for a side of four strips of bacon? TINY and greasy strips of barely cooked bacon. And it took 80 minutes! Don't eat here!!!"

The Strawberry & Cream Strudel looks nothing like the picture. It looks more like the ones sold at BJs or Acme sold for $3/4 bucks for a box of 20. "Very disappointed with the Grilled Beef & Cheese Sandwich. The DoorDash photo shows a substantially filled sandwich, but the sandwich I received had only one small piece of beef on each side of the bread. The lack of beef was the biggest issue, especially given the price and the significant difference from what is shown in the photo.
I also paid an additional $1.99 for bacon, and received one piece of bacon on each side of the sandwich (two pieces total). While that was disappointing, the very small amount of beef was the main issue.
I paid $16.98 for the sandwich and $24.44 total before tip, and unfortunately, the portion and overall quality did not justify that price for me. I don’t mind paying for good food, but this was a very mediocre sandwich with so little meat that I could have made a better one at home.
I hope the restaurant considers this feedback and reviews the portion size and/or DoorDash photo so customers have an accurate expectation of what they’ll receive.
