I ordered a Create Your Own from Pizza Hut, and I may have taken that a little too literally. Black olives, Italian sausage, mushrooms, fire-roasted peppers, caramelized onions, beef… at some point it stops being a topping list and starts being a census. This thing had more residents than my apartment building.
And the best part? It actually arrived hot, intact, and not slid into one sad cheesy corner like every other delivery pizza in history. Every bite was the same combo of toppings, like they actually planned it that way. The crust was classic pan, buttery and crisp, the sauce had that nostalgic Pizza Hut tang, and somehow the whole thing survived a car ride without becoming modern art.
