This is all in addition to the order arriving 20 minutes late and cold. The manager didn’t even get on the phone to apologize and instead let staff, who left a lot to be desired, handle it. The apologize sounded annoyed, there was zero offer to correct their mistake and send me decent, edible pizza (rather than the lumps of bread I got). "I think the food is very mediocre, all the cheese was melted off and burnt on the cheese sticks. I also feel like they were old bread sticks that they sprinkled cheese on top of because they were very hard to bite through. The cold pasta was really good but again for the price and the small bowl I recieved I would expect more! When it comes to the alfredo, i read another review saying it tasted like it was out of a jar and I 100% agree. I do think if the noodles were more fresh it would have been SO much better but they were old and stuck together with very hard spots. Overall I wouldn't order from here again "

"Ordered a latte, 4 muffins and 2 bagels. Delivered was the latte and 2 bagels. The coffee was good however, the bagels were so stale, even toasting with butter didn't help. The store manager was very nice, apologizing for the omitted muffins, telling me she was bagging up the muffins to wait for the dasher to come back and get them. The dasher did not go back so, I guess I have to reorder."
