"First time ordering but we were impressed and will visit again. We can only speak to the : Salt and Pepper Spare Ribs & Double Cooked Pork, these were both very good however on the spicy side and I am a spice fan. They both have chilis like Jalapeño and others so ask for mild if you're sensitive or 86 the chilis.
Also got Egg Fried Egg Fried Rice (bbq pork) Wonton Soup with Pork and Shrimp, both solid and flavorful.
Location looked super clean, it was not busy at all and the staff was super nice. It wasn't exactly cheap but what is these days? Portion size is generous and staff was very pleasant."

Delicious, but light, airy crunchy pieces so don’t expect a heavy plate. B07. 红油抄手 / Wonton in Chili Oil is good; the oil isn’t flavorful but the wonton filling is. G10. Mapo Tofu/麻婆豆腐 is yummy, semi-soupy, not too salty or spicy, with even balance of sauce to tofu. "Always driven past this place and wanted to go in. I finally came down with a bad cold and needed some spicy soup. This soup was phenomenal and had so much protein in there, it's great bang for your buck. Will definitely be going in soon."
"I got the lamb hotpot with add-on of lotus, medium spice. Extremely underwhelming. No spice whatsoever (the spice scale only goes from medium to very spicy so I was cautious), almost no vermicelli, very few mushrooms, and little to no flavor. The lotus, additionally, came on the side so it did not cook in the soup at all and therefore wasn't worth paying for.
Only good things about it was that lamb was plentiful and the pork blood sausage thing tasted good. The store was cool in that I did not know how to do the add-on and they fixed it in-store instead of omitting it entirely. "
