The Spicy Salmon Roll Roll was bland and lacked flavor, even with soy sauce. The fish tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time and was not fresh. There was a noticeable smell that made it clear the fish had lost its freshness.
Also, there was some type of sauce that was leaking everywhere so thumbs down on the packaging as well.
I used to enjoy Cloud 9, but after this experience, I won’t be returning."

Most of the potatoes were good, but a few were undercooked while a few others were overcooked and blackened to the point of being inedible. That said, the dish was still enjoyable overall.

"The donuts were very good. My only complaint is that the boxes were not taped shut and when I picked them up one of them opened a couple donuts fell out. Taping every box shut would be an added expense but maybe for delivery orders would be a good idea. Better than putting them in a plastic bag! "
