"I was charged $2 more for sweet potato fries and there were few sweet potato fries that were not burnt, cold and they mixed them with regular fries to make them look like more, the pickles were just ends and the patty melt was very rare when i asked for medium. The bread was soggy and the coffee was cold and old. I live less than 5 mins from there and saw the dasher was quick. I'm extremely disappointed in the quality after reading good reviews."

"Unfortunately, we were really disappointed with our experience. I ordered the steak sandwich, and the meat was extremely tough. The sandwich also seemed like it had been reheated in a microwave because the lettuce and tomatoes were warm and mushy, which made the whole thing pretty unappetizing.
My wife and I spent around $80 on our order, so we definitely expected better quality for the price. The one thing we really enjoyed was the dulce de leche—it was very good, although judging by the packaging, I’m pretty sure it’s not made in-house. 😂
I actually called the restaurant afterward because I wanted to give them an opportunity to address the issue rather than just leave a negative review. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with either didn’t fully understand what I was explaining or simply didn’t seem very concerned. They mostly just agreed with what I was saying, and nothing was really offered to make the situation right.
We really wanted to enjoy this place, but based on the quality of the food and the response when I called, it was a disappointing experience—especially for an $80 order."
