They could have used a little more seasoning for my personal taste but were still good with the right hint of smoke. I asked that the meat for the dirty potato be put on the side and it was. I called the restaurant before placing my order to ask if they had sliced brisket. The young lady I spoke to was very friendly and accommodating and said she would ensure I received the sliced brisket and not chopped and that is what I received.
