And the 11 herbs and spices are much milder than they used to be, the flavor is less intense and pronounced , the skin isn't juicy, it's not the usual greasy that I crave and am used to, and it's hard in chunks and hardly any batter coating on it m. Also the chicken pieces have shrunk to like, 1/2-2/3, of the size they used to be. The chicken doesn't squirt juice when I bit into it. It's still decent, but it's missing a lot of flavor compared to when I last ate this. Mashed potatoes were okay but the gravy is also less intense. I'm hoping this isn't a usual thing and that it's just an off night, but overall, everything but the Mac & cheese were a lesser version of what it was every other time I've eaten it. I'm giving it another chance soon, so when I order again, hopefully it will taste like the KFC I love."

"Lowkey looks better than it tastes. Somehow the fries were bland, salty, and squishy at the same time. It's okay just not really allat compared to other Carne asada fries in the area. Freshness is somewhat questionable cuz I could taste the canned/fake cheese. The one good thing about it is they give you a lot. Probably wouldn't order again but it's not that that bad. Just try it out to see if it suits your tastes buds."
