The broth had such an amazing flavour. The noodles had such an amazing texture, the bean sprouts were perfectly crunchy and snappy, and the BBQ pork belly was tender and fatty, but in a good way. My only regret is that I didn't go up to 2 or 3 scoops of Asian Spice. Next time, I will know that one scoop of Asian Spice is just not enough.
