I was looking forward to the Mexican Hot Chocolate as it is one of my favorite drinks in the winter. I don't know what recipe was used here, but what I received was just dark chocolate foam that was lukewarm. For an 8oz cup the price is ridiculous.

"Loved the Queso Birria Tacos (3)! They had so much meat, it was not dry at all and very flavorful, and the consumme and medium salsa are fantastic with it. The esquite Mexican corn in a cup was also fantastic, and the churros are soft and delicious. It was delivered to my hotel and was still warm and the sauces did not spill or make a mess. "I’ve always been a loyal customer of this restaurant, but I was extremely disappointed with my order last Thursday. I ordered fufu, plantains, and soup—and the experience was far from what I expected.
First, the plantains were burnt (see photo attached), the fufu had a strange smell—like it had either overstayed or wasn’t stored/handled properly, giving off that unpleasant odor of food just about to go bad. As for the soup, it contained very little meat, and there was no variety—it was mostly just chicken. I was so disappointed I ended up having bread and milk for dinner instead."

"The food taste really good! But portions are kind of small. We got the Seco de Pollo Extra / Extra Chicken Stew, Seco de Pollo Extra / Extra Chicken Stew, and BANDEJA CUENCANA ( White rice, beef stew, guatita, chicken stew, beans, plantains and salad). This was only enough to feed two people, one meal..... the bandeja was missing some side items. Some of the pieces of chicken was literally just the chicken carcass and had no meat on there so it wasn't really edible. Probably would not order again, thankfully we had a discount this one time to order. They also don't really pay attention to food substitutions so make sure you're okay with everything you're ordering."
