Most of the bowl is rice, and would be okay if there was enough ingredients and sauce to coat it. Most of the time, I take out some rice so it can actually get it coated. For the price, the vegetarian bowls aren't worth it for what little veggies you get. I'd recommend a veggie pizza over the bowls. Don't get me wrong, the bowls are delicious, they just need a better ratio of sauce/veggies to rice for what you pay."
