"I ordered my meal from Burger King in the door dash app. When I received my order half of it was missing. I contacted both door dash and Burger King. Burger King admitted that they did mess up the order but I will have to go thru door dash or come into their store to get the rest of my order.
I explained to the store manager that I am 74 years old and don't drive in the rain. She said well she couldn't do anything about it if I didn't come in.
they charged my bank account $25.40 but gave me a receipt that only charged $19.59.
I have pictures of what they sent and I plan on taking this all the way to court if I have to.
I ordered a fish sandwich with just tarter sauce but of course it was a plain sandwich with No tartar sauce. I ordered onion rings they sent french fries and a drink. there was no pie that I ordered but they charged me for. The manager admitted to the error and said that there was nothing she could do.
