"Normally my orders are correct from this location.... however not this evening! My burger was supposed to come with mayonnaise, ketchup, lettuce, tomato, pickles onion bacon and cheese. I did ask for no ketchup and no onion. I did not get any onions thankfully, however you could tell whoever was making my burger messed up and put ketchup on it. Instead of just grabbing a new top bun, I guess they decided to wipe it off the best they could and just put lettuce on top to try to cover it up. Thankfully I do not have an allergy. Otherwise, that could have been a big problem as there was visibly ketchup all over the lettuce and the top of the bun. On top of that, I literally only had lettuce, cheese and 1 strip of bacon. No tomatoes or pickles. As I said normally my orders are always correct I have even praised them in reviews before for just how great the food and service is. Hopefully tonight was just a fluke!"
