"This is the third time that Steak and Shake continues to give incorrect order. When ordering the cheese fries, cheese is included with that. I als purchase an additional side of cheese, which costs money, and they continue to only give me the 1 cup of cheese. There should be 1-2 cups included with a large cheese fry, and any additionally purchased cups would be separate. Unacceptable considering the cheese cup they did provide is less than 1/3 of the way filled. This is not on the door dash delivery person, but on Steak and Shake for continuously not providing ordered items that were paid for."
