"I've visited this place many times for their incredible coffee and avocado toast, which never disappoints. Today, I decided to try their breakfast via DoorDash and ordered the waffle breakfast. You get to customize your waffles and select a meat option, so I went with blueberry waffles and sausage.
Let me tell you, the dish was absolutely delicious! The sweetened blueberry topping took it to the next level—it was truly to die for! I didn't even need syrup; the waffles were perfectly sweet on their own. The scrambled eggs were great, fluffy and soft, though a dash of salt and pepper elevated them to perfection.

I have tried nearly every joint in Granbury that serves them and these are by far the best and closest to authentic as you can get. They are flavorful, tortilla is crispy and soft at the same time. You could probably drink the consome by itself and be good to go before even tasting the tacos.
