It is not too sweet but it has the sweet flavor of maple and the bottom of the bagel is softer, looks kind of like French toast and the top has like a crispy cinnamon-ness to it. And it is just good. I usually do not want something but I didn't sleep well, I was granddog sitting and he hates the rain so he got me up in the middle of the night so I didn't eat breakfast until after I got some sleep and it was after 11am so I wanted something filling but I did have a bit of a sweet tooth as well at that point.
