So far, with almost every order, somthing has been omitted without notice or opportunity given to sub/change missing/unavailable items (even though "substitute" has been selected "if item is unavailable"). I have been ordering coffee and pastries from here several times per week and either the coffee doesn't come (at all) or I order pastries for three and two people get the Honeycomb (which is divine) but the third doesn't get their Croissant.. a little better communication from the store/dasher would be great! "I ordered the Chicken Parmesan. Mind you, it's not one of my favorite meals and I don't order it often, but for some reason I was in the mood. Oh my goodness, it was SO DELICIOUS! There as something about the sauce that was just amazing. Better than any spaghetti meat sauce I think I've ever had. And the chicken was so tender, the breading just perfect. I even ate all the leftovers the next day (usually leftovers just find their way to the garbage bin in our house). Definitely we will be ordering from Palmer's again soon!
