I do like mushrooms, but this kind of mushroom was kind of weird, so I wasn’t a fan of it. The meat is tender and falls apart in your mouth. The combination of ingredients is very good little tofu, squares, really round it out and give it that like blandness to the punch of flavor that everything else is providing. The broth came very hot and separated from the ingredients which you know I always love.
It was a good soup ratio enough soup to cover all of the ingredients in the separated bowl with a bit extra so if you wanted to drink the broth by itself, definitely an option.

I recommend getting a half chicken, and trying a couple different flavors. The chicken is cut in serving-sized chunks, and it does have bones, which adds to the flavor. "3 stars because it didn't taste bad, but as a professional chef who has worked in bakeries making the same products, the flavors were severely lacking to the point where I'm not even sure if I got the right order. I have worked with taro and pandan, both fresh and with flavorings and the lack of taro and pandan flavor from the drink, cake, and bun were very disappointing. These flavors are not hard to work with at all. To me this shows a lack of care in the quality of the product, and more so a company riding on the trend. Check out one of the many other affordable local bakeries offering such treats instead."

I personally really enjoy the PB Coco Acai Bowl bowl and Chocolate Peanut Butter smoothie, however I've receved completely inedible watered down versions before.
