Now the food! The food here is incredible. The Falafel over Rice(vegetarian) was SO fresh. The falafel was flavorful and arrived hot, as was the rice. They offer different sides; I ordered it with salad and hummus. Delicious! The platter was generous and I had leftovers for later. The salad was made with lettuce, cabbage, chickpeas, cucumbers, onion, and tomato. Yum! I had the traditional white sauce on the salad and falafel. I also ordered half a pita to eat my hummus with. Next time I'll order a whole. There was enough hummus for a whole pita (which was warm, soft, and fresh).

"I tried the chili chicken today. It was really good. I also had two orders of the dragon chicken, which is my favorite. My only criticisms for Desi Bites is that they don't give you enough rice for the portion size, and sometimes they overcook their chicken dishes. Most of the time the food is perfect. I'd rather take the risk that the chicken is a bit overcooked, than pay 20$ per dish at any other decent Indian place in the area."

I recommend getting a half chicken, and trying a couple different flavors. The chicken is cut in serving-sized chunks, and it does have bones, which adds to the flavor. "Awesome late dinner!! My dasher did a great job, as well (thanks!). The Caesar Side Salad was fresh, very large for a "side" salad, we were impressed. The Seafood-Stuffed Mushrooms were great. Not too much stuffing to take away from the delicious mushroom taste. The New! Shrimp Your Way - Choose Three - YUM! Got the shrimp linguini Alfredo, grilled shrimp (came with rice underneath), and garlic shrimp scampi. Also got the broccoli as a side. All of the shrimp types were cooked perfectly. The unexpected rice was a nice surprise. The New! Strawberry Cheesecake Bliss was underwhelming. Expected more of a "sauce" per the description, the cheesecake itself was frozen, and the "fresh" strawberry was frozen, but given time to sit and thaw in the fridge, it should be ok. Overall very happy with the order. Thanks!"
