"Ooops, I did it again. I was an idiot and thought I'd try this Tim Horton's again, AND WHY? Because it was just as bad this time, as it has always been in the past. My Turkey Bacon Club had NO BACON and I asked for no lettuce & tomato, they weren't on it, but I could see the remnants of tomato and lettuce so they clearly took them off the sandwich prior to delivery. And I barely received 4 slices of turkey. They used to load it up so you got your money's worth, this sandwich is almost $10 now and today, I clearly didn't receive a $10 sandwich. Also, I ordered a Coke in a bottle, but instead I got a watered down fountain pop. If the plan is to send a fountain drink and not a bottle then fix that in the app, it is very misleading. The worst was I ordered the Snowman Donut but didn't receive it. I paid for it, but didn't get it. I even chose "contact me" if there is a problem, however my phone never rang. Just tired of this store always being bad, do better Tim Horton's, shame on you, work on encouraging your employees to take pride in the orders they prepare and you, as a company, should take pride in the quality of your food, as well as the QUALITY of your EMPLOYEES that work for you. "I guess you could say I’ve been living under a rock because this was my first time trying Panda Express. 😅 I will say, the value for what we received was decent and the packaging was good. However, the quality of all the food was very poor. Nothing tasted fresh, and everything had an old taste to it. The lack of freshness was honestly the biggest disappointment.
Another thing that was frustrating was the amount of condiments provided with our order. I’m not sure if this was because we ordered through DoorDash, but for a large order, we were only able to request one soy sauce. After placing the order, we had to call the store ourselves to ask for additional condiment sauces. It was an extra step we shouldn’t have had to take, especially for a large order, and we had to hope someone would actually answer the phone.
Overall, for my first experience with Panda Express, I was really disappointed. The value and packaging were decent, but the freshness and overall quality of the food were not. Sadly, because of this experience, I wouldn’t eat at this location again.

The Fish Dinner I ordered came with fries. The fries were great on their own, but the catfish is phenomenal, flaky, crispy. And the Fried Fried Mushrooms (10pc) and Fried Okra are hands down the best I have ever had. Absolutely delightful meal in every way.
