I called after I ordered b/c I wanted gravy on side so it didn't spill all over. The kid on phone took the time to ask if ihad a veg choice (which he listed), what kind of potato I wanted (he listed options) and what soup did I want (he listed them).
He was friendly, pleasant and an asset to the diner. Everything arrived hot and packed well.They didn't send my meal included soup which, TBH food was so good and the call was so unexpectedly pleasant- it just wasn't a big deal. I was bummed that I didnt get to try it. I had ordered a separate French Onion Soup as well; so I think that maybe threw them off.
These days, I dont even want to review b/c my experiences were bad food, bugs, etc.

I only really have a one complaint about this place, and it's about a particular dish: their Orecchiette with Broccoli Rabe + Sausage is more like a heaping serving of rabe and sausage, with a few pasta shells sprinkled in. The ratio of pasta to other ingredients is so outnumbered it's just a strange eat. The flavors are perfect, I mean 10 out of 10. I just wish I could get a little more pasta in that Orecchiette dish.
