Especially during the summer, that extra attention makes a huge difference. I've ordered from another frozen yogurt shop in the same county, and the order arrived in an open bag with no seal at all and no insulation. The difference is night and day.
The portions are generous, and everything always arrives looking exactly as it should.
I also had to call once right after placing an order because I needed to make a change. They were incredibly accommodating and updated it without any hassle.
