I will say that the gnocchi I had was delicious there was ample cheese the sauce was flavorful and it was really good. The meatballs were so so, Again they lacked flavor they were just planned. From what I did tell it did seem that the meatballs had various types of meat I thought I tasted some sausage type of meat in there which I appreciated it could've been pork mixed in with the actual beef but overall again it still just tasted so so. The desserts were good, the tiramisu was very tasty and a really good portion size. The chocolate temptation was tasty but the portion size was really small and then I previously had a cannoli and that was just OK the crust was soft was too soft. Again not bad but just not exceptional"

"I called in to have them actually cook the French fries. the brown seasoning doesn't mean that they're golden brown. they are soggy wet spaghetti. so every time I order I call for them to double cook. they say no problem this time I even said please be sure that they are double cooked as they never do it. they said no problem. of course I get undercooked fries with lots of seasoning that are like wet spaghetti. ordered an unsweet iced tea because I'm diabetic got a sweet tea and it's large so I paid premium overcharges for it. somehow they think that they're Chick-fil-A and they put the sandwich in a foil bag which therefore steamed and mushed the bread to where it is so soggy it's falling apart. I wish these companies would order their own meals to see how horrible it comes to the end user. two sandwich meals $35 and it's basically unedible garbage"
