Instead of the fluffy, chewy, soft shell that is usually the chalupa shell, the shell was firm and tasted like cardboard. The taste and texture were both off and if they've changed to this I won't be ordering chalupas anymore. We also received NO sauce when I put 10 Mild Sauce Packets on my order. Alfredo pasta is my go-to at any Italian restaurant, and this was one of the most disappointing I've had yet, coming in below even Domino's and Pizza Hut due primarily to lack of any actual Alfredo sauce.
