The empanadas were burnt and inedible, tasting as though they were fried in old oil. The chicken milanesa was incredibly dry and tough, making it difficult to eat. Finally, the ajiaco was so heavily salted that my wife couldn't consume it, she ended up picking the chicken out (said that she didn't want a chicken to die in vain). Sadly, the quality of today's order was so poor that I am not sure I will order from this place again. I am sharing this in hopes that it helps improve your kitchen's quality control."
