I finally was able to speak to DOMINIC who let me know he was in the kitchen in back and would not "bother checking that my order came through correctly bc they were too busy and it would take him too much time to look up my name," I was pretty shocked by now to know I was a bother while trying to prevent a bigger issue from needing it corrected after it would be too late. I asked for a manager and he claimed he was the assistant manager on site. when I asked for his superior he told me DONNA was her name and she was NOT there.
I WOULD LIKE TO THANK DONNA; for calling me back within minutes to let me know she hand packed mine herself and all was well. She had a great attitude and was very kind. Had I not received her call, this review would of ended a paragraph before now."
