As someone who values variety and inclusion, I hoped for alternatives like vegan ranch or pesto. For those seeking pizza sticks or vegan pizza in general, I'd recommend Toppers in Uptown. Their exceptional offerings, including diverse sauce choices and attentive service, consistently impress.
Tots: The tots at D.P. Dough elicited a similar sentiment of disappointment. While I understand the appeal of budget-friendly options, the meager portion—merely 20 tots—was underwhelming. I thought for a moment that the tots might redeem themselves when I saw a big ramekin of what appeared to be a white sauce. However, my optimism was short-lived as I tasted what turned out to be a very plain white sauce, unsuitable for vegans or those with lactose intolerance. Trust me, do not learn this the way I did. This oversight, albeit unintentional, detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the provision of a handful of ketchup packets did little to enhance the meal. I'd recommend Tots from Iron Door- for the last 5 years they just haven't been beat for price, quantity and flavor!
