"I like the samosas here, and I’m a regular customer because they taste good. However, one thing that consistently disappoints me is the chutney portion.
When you order 5 samosas, they usually provide only one small container of red chutney. Sometimes they’ll give you an extra one if you ask, but it’s inconsistent.
As an Indian restaurant, this is surprising to me. In India, it’s very uncommon for a samosa shop to serve five samosas with such a limited amount of chutney.
What’s even more disappointing is that if you want green chutney, you have to pay extra around $1 or $2 for a small container. I honestly don’t think the cost of making a little green chutney justifies charging extra, especially when the samosas themselves are already reasonably priced.
The pricing on DoorDash is also frustrating. Even with a DoorDash membership, the samosas cost about $2 more than ordering directly, yet you still don’t get extra red chutney or even a small serving of green chutney included.
The food is good, which is why I keep coming back, but the restaurant could really improve the overall customer experience by being a little more generous with the chutney. It’s a small gesture that would make a big difference and would better reflect the hospitality people expect from an Indian restaurant."

"Food was disgusting.
Ordered two Papa Platters. Both did not come with the ravioli's, bread sticks, or utensils. Pasta was way overcooked. Sauce was dark, burnt, and had disgusting black blobs in it as if it burnt to the bottom of the pan. There is NO WAY staff didn't see it.
The Papa melt sandwich crust was very light and undercooked. My wife and I couldn't finish the meal. Almost 60 dollars for that slop. No pride taken in their products and their preparation."

"Ordered ahead for pick up since every time we call they say pizza cannot be picked up for more than 5 hours or they have no availability. Used to love big y pizza. Grew up eating it! But the last few times the norwell store has had overcooked and weird pizza. Today the bottom was barely dough, overcooked cheese with thick overcooked crust that had may holes in it. So odd. Pizza was not burnt just hard and crunchy. Miss the old way pizza used to be cooked here! Chicken fingers were good. Sub was fine."
