About half was lean pieces and half were fattier pieces. The Roast Pork was on the saltier side and the flavor is definitely similar to something youd get in china town. Cut up into bit sized pieces and not excessively fatty like a lot of other places. The Char Siu Fried Rice had amazing flavor and the one order is defintely enough for two people to share.
