"I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from Sarku Japan in Nashua, NH.
Last Wednesday, I ordered two meals for home delivery, and what I received was completely unacceptable. Both meals contained an extremely small amount of protein. The noodles were dry, lacked flavor, and the portion of chicken was so small that it felt like I was paying mostly for noodles.
This is completely different from the meals served when dining at your mall location. The quality, freshness, and portion sizes were nowhere near what I have come to expect from your restaurant. Customers should not receive an inferior product simply because they order delivery.
My family and I have been loyal customers, but this experience has completely damaged our trust in your restaurant. I have also spoken with friends who used to enjoy ordering from this location, and they expressed similar disappointments.
Considering the poor quality of the food and the misleading portion sizes, I believe I deserve either a full refund or appropriate compensation for this order. I paid for two complete meals and did not receive the quality or value that was promised.
I sincerely hope management will review this situation, improve quality control, and contact me to resolve this matter. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to share my experience publicly so that other customers know what to expect.

Overall, the meal was good but if the Filet was cooked medium and the Flourless Chocolate Mousse Cake was a bit bigger it would have been PERFECT. Unsure if I would order the cake again simply due to the size. The Filet I might give 1 more try eventually and see if this last time was a one off. Great flavor all around and well-packaged but inconsistent with the steak and not a good value with the cake. Overall, I still would recommend this restaurant. "
