The bread that came with it was broken up and in pieces rather than whole pancakes so you could scoop it up and eat it was impossible. The samosa lacked texture and flavor the crust was fantastic. once again a lot of possibility but some failures enough to be very disappointing. The Spicy Salmon Roll Roll was bland and lacked flavor, even with soy sauce. The fish tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time and was not fresh. There was a noticeable smell that made it clear the fish had lost its freshness.
Also, there was some type of sauce that was leaking everywhere so thumbs down on the packaging as well.
I used to enjoy Cloud 9, but after this experience, I won’t be returning."
