Then imagine that the fries show up undercooked floppy and cold, and the southwest sauce for the cheese curds (also cold but not as bad) was nowhere to be found. BWW doesn't care about quality anymore. Sad because they had been my favorite, but I have to be done taking risks on them at this point.
