"First off let me start by saying that we absolutely love this restaurant. The Philadelphia roll is always consistently good. I've ordered this tuna maki roll before with no problems. Always looks exactly like the photo, just beautiful, fresh and delicious. For some reason tonight it absolutely looks just like this when I opened the box. There were two of them stacked on top of each other, which you can kind of see in the photo but aside from that they literally look like they were dropped. I'm not sure what happened, but this was a total mess and they went right in the trash. It doesn't even look like a complete roll with the way the seam is split wide open. I contacted DoorDash and they took care of it right away with no problem. Again, this will not reflect on the whole restaurant and we will definitely order again as we eat their in person as well. Their tempura is delicious, but I did not get any tonight. Philadelphia roll is always on point. This just seems to be a one off."
