Today I spent $65.48 and pasta was overcooked and looked like someone threw up. Cheese sticks were over seasoned and bacon which I didn't order. Pizza was dry and tasted horrible. Yet nothing when I complained. I wasted my money and it saddens me to say I will NEVER order or eat Pizza Hut again. I've eaten at Pizza Hut for over 40 years and it just saddens me to not go there again. poor customer service. Not apologizing or compensating me when I spent that much is not worth it."

The shrimp scampi came with only four small pieces of shrimp that appeared to be cut into chunks rather than whole shrimp. The pasta itself was undercooked, there was very little sauce, and what little sauce there was didn’t coat the noodles. Overall, it lacked both flavor and quality.
The chicken fettuccine Alfredo wasn’t much better. The pasta was cooked properly, but the Alfredo sauce was very light and didn’t fully cover the noodles. The biggest issue was the chicken. "I had high hopes for my Chicken Alfredo because of the reviews and while the actual cheese sauce was delicious and the noodles cooked to perfection--the chicken ruined the meal for me. It was chewy as if it had been over cooked. The portion was amazing though, so you definitely get every bang for your buck. I have to say I have a love-hate for the meal.
I also order two garlic knots but was sent 3 knots of bread with no garlic at all. Now I will say the knots were nice and soft--just missing the garlic. I don't know if they ran out of garlic butter or just forgot, but it seemed they tried to make up for it by giving a third bread knot.
Overall, I am a little disappointed about my meal but I am also grateful I gave this restaurant a try. I am not from Texas but if I come back into the area, I'll be sure to give the pizza a try."
