I guess they disregard the notes section where customer can leave requests which sucks because the pita doesn't taste good when it's not crispy and I can't eat this $20 item .. next time I will either go to the food truck to order directly or try to call before to ensure request for extra crispy lamb and pita can be satisfied. The ingredients used are very good and I usually love the pita when I get it extra crispy"
