"I eat here pretty often, it's one of my favorites in the area. Their loaded Kristo's Curly Fries are soo good, the $2.00 extra to make it loaded is so worth it. It's topped with queso cheese, shredded cheese, bacon bits and green onions. "Out of all the Greek options in the metro area I go out of my way to go to Krilakis. The two cheese cheese burger is just perfection. Sweet sourdough, thick patty cooked to your preferred temp, generous portions of mozzarella on top and a classc mix of feta, purple onion, lettuce and diced tomato on bottom. It is amazing! "I recently had the pleasure of dining at 1693 Red Zone, and let me just say, what an experience. I ordered the honey jerk salmon plate, and from the first bite, I was in love. The salmon was cooked to perfection, tender, flavorful, with the perfect balance of sweet and heat. The seasoning danced on my taste buds, and the honey glaze gave it a rich, mouthwatering finish.
The vegetables were fresh and seasoned just right, a beautiful complement to the main dish. My only disappointment was the portion of rice. While everything else on the plate felt generous and satisfying, the rice was noticeably scarce. I was expecting a little more to balance the plate and soak up all those amazing juices.
That said, the overall flavor and quality still made it a delightful meal. With just a slight adjustment on the portion of rice, this dish would be completely top-tier. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu!"

"The Mama's Spaghetti and Meatballs was very tasty and super yummy. I added my own Garlic Bread as this meal must not come with any type of bread. The portion of the meal was huge. I have a little leftover for lunch tomorrow and I know it will taste just as good as it was today. I am pretty picky about the food I eat and there is nothing I would add (except some Italian bread, but I did prepare for the lack of bread when I got groceries last week). Do yourself a favor and eat from this delicious Italian Restaurant. I have had the Chicken dinner and Spaghetti n Meatballs, but I am sure every entree that they serve is just as good. "The Seafood Gumbo was delicious. Well seasoned and good amount of seafood (mostly crawfish) included. The portion was small for the bowl price.
The Fried Catfish was good. Fried well and seasoned. The fries were an attempt gone awry. They were limp and a thick layer of salt was smudged on one of them.
The Cajun Grits were not great. The grits were grainy and undercooked, it was very bland, and there were only 4 medium sized shrimp included. The tomatoes were canned and not drained well. It almost tastes like the tomato juice from the can was the base for the sauce.
I would love to try this place again, if they upgraded the Cajun grits to use more real ingredients."
