"I'm very disappointed. I always get the Cherry Beans Breakfast from Cafe Cherry Beans QBN and have had no issues so far. In fact I've been very happy with my orders and have thus been a returning costumer. However, this time, not only did they completely forget to include the chili oil (which is the only reason I order this in the first place, as I like the added spice), but they didn't even bother to toast the bread. I don't know if you've eaten breakfast with just plain untoasted bread before, but it was quite gross to say the least. Especially if you're paying for a complete meal, and they only include one piece of bread to begin with so their serving sizes are already really small. I don't usually take the time to write reviews, however I'm hoping that perhaps management might see this and be more diligent when completing orders. I'd like to continue ordering from them but if this happens again I will have to take my business elsewhere. There are a lot of other quality cafes in Queanbeyan that give you more value for your money."

The chips were clearly cheap frozen crinkle-cut chips, pale, undercooked, and completely bland. The gravy was far too salty to be enjoyable. The single piece of chicken with the burger meal was a tiny drumstick with hardly any meat on it. The burger itself was nothing special, just average enough to finish, but I could easily make a better one at home. Worse, the One Fillet Snack Pack looked nothing like the menu photos; the portion of chicken was ridiculously small, and the whole thing was so bland and unappealing that my partner couldn't even eat it.
Overall, a really poor balance of flavors and a total waste of money. Honestly, I would have preferred KFC, and we definitely won't be ordering from here again."
