"When the Dasher met me at the door, he told me that he requested a new milkshake for me because it looks like they made it and let it sit while they finished making my cheeseburger. I think that is exactly what happened, as far as I can tell.
The milkshake is pure liquid.
My cheeseburger and onion rings were was nice and hot. My cheeseburger was incorrectly made, but still hot and ready to eat.
The problem with my cheeseburger? It was supposed to have mayonnaise on it (which I requested through the app) and it came dry with like 30 packets of ketchup in the bag.
I did take a picture of the dry cheeseburger before I dressed it up and ate it.
Lastly there were exactly 6 onion rings in my box and I think that's not enough.
*Especially since my meal was almost $30 (tip included). 6 Onion Rings? Who does that?
I even called the business to make sure they would sent me ketchup (because it wasn't an option to add onto my cheeseburger along with the mayo).
That's when I found out this place was actually Denny's "virtual restaurant" called The Burger Den.
Against my better judgment I went along with it and continued with the order.
I haven't eaten at Danny's in 10-15 years and now I remember why. Very poor service.
I will say the burger and rings were pretty good... but the milk shake is pure liquid.
If I freeze it... it just turns into a hard block of watered down ice cream."

" Spicy Tuna Roll 6.8/10 - this item is good overall. Fresh and the flavours are there, but it lacks an umph. Overall decent, would get again if I do come back.
Aji Tonkotsu 4/10 - this item lacked any flavour in its broth. It tastes like a ramen package was added to some hot water. You'd think that paying $16 would get you a decent tasting ramen and I was wrong. I wish a higher depth of flavour in the broth. The meat they provide is subpar, with slices as thin as a sheet of paper - but the flavour is there. The noodles are nice and well cooked. Everything about this dish is just okay, if youve eaten at reputable ramen places, would rather order from there or get a different dish on the menu to try. The egg was a normal soft boiled egg, not even a traditional seasoned egg - whack.
We were first time buyers from this place and we felt like these items were normal foods to get at an izakaya, so these are basic items that were mid at best. "
