"Communication with the store was great. I spoke to one of the owners and he handled an issue I had with the door dash website quickly and sufficently. I got the steak & egg plate with smashed potatoes: OMG it was so good. The steak was cooked perfectly, so juicy, and the flavor was great. My husband said the eggs Benedict was awesome. "I just wanna start off by saying kudos to this place because not only was it my FIRST time eating here but it was my first time ordering out through DoorDash!! The Chicken Fried Steak Plate 9/10. The steak was a nice portion, and had a great taste. The mash potatoes and broccoli were sooooo good!! However, I did ask for Italian Dressing for my salad but got ranch (which is the reason I rated 4 stars because I really wanted the salad :/ since it came with the plate) also I forgot to say no tomatoes but they do put a nice sized tomato on the salad for the tomato lovers (however in the picture I took the tomato off). Since I didn't eat the salad from examination everything looked fresh. Moving forward the Chicken Nuggets were SO GOOD! Better than McDonald's, I'm not gon lie. I would order those for myself lol. The fries were fresh too and soooo good 10/10. The lemonade was intriguing because it was tart but also sooo very sweet and I loved it 9/10. Now I saved this one for last because OMG, I do not know what y'all do to that Strawberry Cake but please KEEP DOING IT! The icing y'all make for it was SOOOOO GOOD! I would say that it was a little too much of the icing but I'll get it again lol 8/10. My overall experience was pretty good. I would order you guys again."

"I normally don't have any issues to complain about and always try to leave positive feedback but unfortunately this most recent order left me quite frustrated. All 4 of the Sonic Sonic Blast® that I ordered were short at least an inch of ice cream. It's basically a size small portion put into a medium cup. 😕 I've never had this happen before to all of them, maybe one or two of them were short but not all of them. That seems like it would be hard to miss as an employee.
Sidenote: I'd be so grateful if y'all would start putting a circle sticker over the tops of the dome lids before delivery..for sanitary reasons.

I LOVE the Schlotzsky's brand, but the Kaufman store just can't seem to get it right!
