They've never messed up my order a single time, they send you an entirely full bag of stuffs (condiments, butter, syrup, utensils, napkins...), I mean, it's just the little touches like that, coupled with really shocking great food, a wide range of menu options, being open at the wild and crazy hours I finally decide to eat, and their excellent consistently prompt service that sets them apart. Oh and I guess it's worth noting that it's so reasonably priced for the massive amount of food they give you... like an -overflowing portions we eat on for 3 consecutive meals- kinda deal.
It feels as close to a home cooked meal made with love in your mom's New Orleans kitchen, more than anywhere similar.

I just received my order and I’m extremely disappointed and concerned with the quality of the items delivered.
First, the Takis Chicken Sandwich smells absolutely horrible. It has a strong, sour odor like it’s been sitting out for hours it honestly smells spoiled or expired. I couldn’t even take a bite because the smell was that off putting. I’m genuinely worried about how safe it would’ve been to eat.
Second,i ordered the Vanilla Cold Brew just for them not to have it. So i substituted it for strawberry lemonade, There’s no sugar,, and it tastes like straight lemonade no strawberry or sugar. It was advertised as sweet and strawberry flavor, but this tastes like lemon with food coloring .
This experience was unacceptable. I wasted my money on food and drink I couldn’t consume, and I’m very frustrated."
