The burger was carelessly put together, and instead of handing my order directly to me, the employee placed it on the counter and expected me to pick it up myself. I found that interaction to be discourteous.
When I opened the container, the burger wasn’t even assembled properly, making it messy and unappetizing. On top of that, the patty was extremely thin and did not meet the quality I’ve come to expect. Overall, this experience fell far below the standard I’ve previously enjoyed. For the 2 meat meal, the small size/portions of meat from the ribs and the lack of tenderness, were a miss for me. The green beans were very dry/rubbery and bland than tender/juicy despite looking very flavorful. I also paid the extra dollar for the cornbread that tasted okay but was very rubbery. Wouldn't order that again for takeout. It's likely good at the restaurant as I'm thinking it may have had to do with how it was wrapped and it trapped some extra moisture. The turkey was also bland.
The broccoli and kids tender/fried meal I can't give an honest review on taste as I ordered it for my kiddo who seemed to like it just fine and portios were good there.

"The fried deviled eggs are a lame gimmick. They're not as good as standard deviled eggs one can make at home. The soft drinks are extremely overpriced for a meager 12 oz or so. The meatloaf and mashed potatoes are very bland and not at all as they describe. The cowboy beans are no better than what you'd get from a store-bought can of baked beans. I would not order from Bask Smokehouse again."
